These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chat&Yamo mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Affinity Square US Inc. (“Chat&Yamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. You can contact us at contact@chat-yamo.com.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Related Policies
These Terms should be read together with the following policies and documents, which are incorporated by reference where applicable:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific terms we provide to you, the product-specific terms will control for that product.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
– you are at least 17 years old;
– you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence;
– you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services; and
– you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, then that higher age requirement applies to you.
You must not use the Services if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense to the extent prohibited or restricted by applicable law, or if your use of the Services would create a risk to other users or to the platform.
3. Availability of the Services
Chat&Yamo is intended for users in countries where the Services are lawfully made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our official website and related platforms.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Your Account
You may need to create an account to use some or all features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your information updated.
You are responsible for:
– maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
– restricting access to your device and account;
– all activity that occurs under your account; and
– notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may refuse to create an account, suspend an account, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, provided false information, or used the Services unlawfully.
5. Sign-In Options and TikTok Login
We may offer registration or sign-in through supported third-party services.
If you choose to sign in with TikTok, you authorize TikTok to share with us the information and permissions that you consent to provide through TikTok’s authorization flow and that are permitted by the scopes approved for our app. We use TikTok Login information to authenticate you, create or link your Chat&Yamo account, and operate the login experience.
Your use of TikTok Login is also subject to TikTok’s terms, privacy practices, platform rules, and the choices you make when authorizing access.

6. Safety, Respectful Conduct, and Prohibited Behavior
Chat&Yamo is designed to help users build respectful connections. You agree to use the Services responsibly and respectfully.
You must not:
– create a false identity or impersonate another person;
– misrepresent your age, identity, relationship status, or affiliation;
– harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, abuse, exploit, or defame any person;
– post or share content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, misleading, or invasive of another person’s privacy;
– solicit money, gifts, financial assistance, or other items of value from users;
– share another person’s personal information without lawful permission;
– upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
– interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services;
– use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or copy the Services without our written permission;
– use the Services for spam, commercial solicitation, scams, or unauthorized advertising;
– use another user’s account without permission; or
– engage in any conduct that harms minors or violates our Child Safety Standards Policy.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, fraud, or behavior that threatens user safety.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, account suspension, account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and preservation of relevant records where permitted or required by law.
7. Interactions With Other Users
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether online or offline.
Please use caution when communicating with or meeting other users. Do not send money, do not share sensitive financial details, and review our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.
Chat&Yamo does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or compatibility of any user. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not conduct criminal background checks on all users.
8. User Content
You may upload, submit, publish, display, or share content through the Services, including profile information, messages, photos, videos, and other materials (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
– you own it or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share it;
– it does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party; and
– it does not contain prohibited or unsafe content.
You should not post sensitive personal or financial information on your profile or in messages unless you are fully comfortable with the risks of sharing it.
9. License You Grant to Us
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Chat&Yamo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, modify, process, distribute, and use that User Content only as necessary to:
– operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
– moderate content and enforce these Terms;
– investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
– comply with legal obligations; and
– promote the Services, provided such use is consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
This license ends within a commercially reasonable period after your User Content is deleted from the Services, except to the extent the content has already been shared with others, retained for legal or safety reasons, or stored in backup systems for limited retention periods.
10. Our Content and Intellectual Property
The Services, including our software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, features, and other content excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Chat&Yamo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by law or by our prior written consent.
11. Paid Features, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Chat&Yamo may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or other digital services through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, direct carrier billing, or other authorized payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees, taxes, and any other disclosed amounts associated with your purchase.
If your subscription renews automatically, it will continue until you cancel it. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next billing date using the applicable app store account settings, payment provider settings, or any cancellation flow we make available.
Deleting the app or deleting your Chat&Yamo account does not automatically cancel an app store information or third-party subscription. You must cancel through the provider that manages the billing.
Except where required by applicable law or the rules of the payment platform, payments for digital services are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and the digital service begins. If a refund is available, it will be handled according to the rules of the applicable payment provider and our Refund Policy.

12. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings.
When you delete your account:
– your profile will no longer be visible to other users;
– we may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, for fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or enforcement purposes; and
– deletion of your account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store or payment provider.

13. Notifications and Communications
You may receive service-related notifications from us, including security notices, transactional messages, product updates, and communications relating to your account.
Where permitted by law, you may also receive marketing or promotional messages if you have opted in or if such communications are otherwise permitted. You can manage push notifications through your device settings and manage email preferences where those options are provided.
14. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, payment providers, social login providers, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies.
If you use a third-party service in connection with Chat&Yamo, your relationship with that third party is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
15. Service Changes and Termination
We may change, update, remove, suspend, or limit features of the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that:
– you violated these Terms or our safety rules;
– your conduct creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users;
– you engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; or
– we are required to do so by law.
If permitted by applicable law, we may take these actions with or without prior notice depending on the nature of the issue.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times, or that any matches, interactions, or communications will lead to any particular outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chat&Yamo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chat&Yamo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:
– your use of the Services;
– your User Content;
– your violation of these Terms; or
– your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@chat-yamo.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last Updated” date above. Where required by law, we will also provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
21. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chat&Yamo regarding the Services, except for any additional terms that apply to specific features or services.
